Republic of Niger is a landlocked country in Western Africa. The country is one of the least developed countries and struggling with diseases. SERKA overcame these obstacles with good management team, highly qualified personnel mobilized in Niger and fully functional logistics department.

The project consists of site preparations & earthwork, utilities, roads & parking, hardscape and final site finishes & landscape work, construction of a warehouse building, construction of a SCAC building, construction of a utility building, construction of a Demarc building, construction of a link building between the new warehouse and building Eob-c, construction of a small addition to building Eob-a, renovation of the building Eob c plus the associated consular garden and an entrance ramp, renovation of the building Eob a plus the associated exterior planting and an entrance ramp.

The project included phasing constraints and all work was performed on an occupied compound, which remains functioning and secure throughout the construction period.
